The buyer understands and acknowledges that the Condition of the item is NOT PERFECT! The expected grade of the newly printed items that are the Condition of Like New is at least the CGC rating of 9.2 or higher UNLESS OTHERWISE MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION. ***WHICH MEANS*** A very well-preserved collectible with some wear and small manufacturing or handling defects. **** So, again, we will not promise, guarantee, or bribe anyone at CGC to ensure that the item is Mint or Perfect. The buyer (you again) acknowledges that if there are any issues with NEWLY PRINTED items upon receipt that is considered lower then the above CGC Definition of 9.2, the buyer (guess what, yep, you) will contact the Seller (That's US) immediately to help resolve the problem.
